VRS Visitor Registrer Software
La propuesta cuenta con Software VRS es un software de control de visitantes y funcionarios diseñado para gestionar el control de ingreso con una gran facilidad de uso.
El software permite gestionar las visitas de sus instalaciones (Edificio, universidad, empresa) de forma sencilla, registrándolas de forma previa o en el momento, asignándoles permisos de acceso de acuerdo a su perfil de visitante o funcionario.
El software Permite:
· Asignar diferentes perfiles de acceso a la aplicación.
· Captura de los datos de los usuarios a través de los lectores de PD 417 instalados en las estaciones de enrolamiento.
· Transferencia automática de datos a los dispositivos de acceso (Pasillos, torniquetes, pedestales) con controladoras de cédula y/o lector de códigos QR.
· Generación de informes de los eventos generados de visitantes y funcionarios, con filtros de selección y posibilidad de verlos en pantalla, imprimirlos y exportarlos.
· Visualización de los reportes a través de plataforma web o consola.
· Permite controlar varias entradas o accesos.
Módulos
Módulo Licencia Software de Visitantes
Licencia de consola que permite el registro de visitantes y la generación de reportes. Estación de Enrolamiento A través de los lectores de PDF 417 instalados en cada estación de enrolamiento se lee los datos de la cédula de ciudadanía del visitante, evitando así los errores de digitación. Se ingresa al sistema, se valida la información y se le da el acceso a la entidad a través de la cedula de ciudadanía ó código QR ya sea desde el celular o impreso.
La estación de enrolamiento está compuesta , un (1) lector de cedula de ciudadanía, una impresora Dymo 450 Turbo (suministro impresora no incluido en la oferta) y un computador (suministro computador no incluido en la oferta) las cuales son controlados por una aplicación que captura los datos biográficos (nombres, apellidos, cedula, fecha de nacimiento) y envía el enrolamiento a la plataforma central para su procesamiento y almacenamiento en la base de datos central mediante el consumo del servicio web.
Módulo de Pre-registro WEB:
La aplicación web de pre registro permite cargar la información de los visitantes con anterioridad a su visita para agilizar la entrada de los visitantes esperados, el proceso consta de las siguientes fases:
· Login del usuario a la aplicación web.
Solo pueden dar de alta a los visitantes los usuarios que tengan este privilegio. El login a la aplicación se realiza contra la base de datos.
· Cargue de datos del visitante.
En este paso de deben ingresar manualmente los datos del visitantes en el formulario generado por la aplicación.
• Número de identificación.
• Nombres y apellidos.
• Email.
• Oficina que visita o a la que pertence.
• Rango de fecha y hora en que se desea dar el permiso de ingreso.
• Perfil (Visitante o funcionario).
• Si tiene asignado parqueadero.
Una vez ingresada y validada la información el sistema enviará una notificación al correo electrónico registrado por el visitante, con la confirmación de la invitación y un código QR único.
3. Software de Plataforma Central
La plataforma central se encarga de centralizar la información recibir y enviar hacia las terminales de control de acceso (Función Broadcast), de igual manera permite el monitoreo de las terminales de acceso.
Las terminales están compuestas por un (1) lector de cédula de ciudadanía, un (1) lector de código QR y un controlador conectividad Ethernet (cable de red RJ 45), el cual recibe la información de la cédula de ciudadanía o del QR para realizar la validación con la base datos local para el modo de funcionamiento offline o contra la base de datos central en el modo online.
La transmisión de la información entre la plataforma central y las terminales se realiza mediante el consumo de servicios web rest que se encarga de la transmisión de la información desde y hacia las terminales, valida la integridad de la información sincronizada.

AUTOMATED PARKING CONTROL
Automated Parking Control is a Parking Control and Management System that includes the most advanced automation technology. It has the great advantage of being a versatile and practical system for both users and operators, allowing for modular and highly flexible scaling.
Smart ticket issuing consoles with welcome speech (voice synthesizer), ticket validating units, fast automatic barriers, magnetic vehicle sensors, and payment stations with billing software form the essential infrastructure for automating a modern parking facility. The components are easily integrated depending on the site’s architecture, ranging from a simple entry with manual exit to a complex automated system with multiple entry and exit lanes.
Description
When a vehicle enters the parking lot, it is detected by the presence sensor located on the road, activating the LPR reading and taking 5 photos (4 perimeter inventory photos and 1 driver’s window photo). The barrier automatically activates, and the transaction is saved on the server with the photos and the plate. We have the option for tickets and agreements by activating the Entry Console, informing the user to press the button for ticket issuance.
The ticket will print and store information such as date, time, and number, which will serve as proof of entry to be presented later at a payment station. Once the ticket is removed, the barrier will open automatically, remaining raised until the second presence sensor detects that the vehicle has finished passing through the access road.
Frequent Clients / Employees or Rentals: If the dispenser console has a built-in QR reader, it will allow the validation of the data of users renting parking spaces. This advantage gives the client the ability to have both user management options integrated into a single module, allowing installation in spaces with reduced length that wouldn’t allow the mounting of two separate units (one for ticket issuance and another for subscriber reading).
The consoles have incorporated both systems for agreements, monthly payments, and prepaid options, allowing management of all payments and collections on a single platform.
Manual Payment Station: Before removing the vehicle, the client will present themselves at the CASHIER by providing the plate number or presenting the entry ticket for the Payment Module to calculate the fee. Once the payment is made, the ticket will be validated, and the system will issue a payment receipt via a thermal printer.
After making the payment, the client must proceed to the EXIT, where they can scan the exit ticket (Invoice) at the reader of the Exit Collector Console.
The Reader-Collector will validate the Ticket and compare the plate number (Exit option with plate only for faster system performance), and if it’s correct, the exit barrier will be activated, remaining raised until the second presence sensor ensures the vehicle has fully exited the area. This completes the operation.
Automatic Payment Point: In this case, the user must find an automatic payment point and insert the ticket into the reader for the system to read the ticket, and the Payment Module will calculate the fee. The system will indicate the amount to be paid, which must be inserted into the console. Once the payment is made, the ticket will be validated by the system.
After making the payment, the client must proceed to the EXIT, where they can scan the exit ticket (Invoice) at the reader of the Exit Collector Console.
The Reader-Collector will validate the Ticket and compare the plate number (Exit option with plate only for faster system performance), and if it’s correct, the exit barrier will be activated, remaining raised until the second presence sensor ensures the vehicle has fully exited the area. This completes the operation.
Electronic Payment System: In this case, the user must find a QR code located at payment points or exits. The user scans this QR code with their phone using the camera, and once scanned, it will automatically open the Web App for payment gateways using debit or credit cards to complete the payment transaction.
After making the payment, the client must proceed to the EXIT, where they can scan the exit ticket (Invoice) at the reader of the Exit Collector Console.
The Reader-Collector will validate the Ticket and compare the plate number (Exit option with plate only for faster system performance), and if it’s correct, the exit barrier will be activated, remaining raised until the second presence sensor ensures the vehicle has fully exited the area.
